Personal Injury
Ghost Posse Inc. does not take responsibility for any injuries that may occur during an investigation. This entails any visitors, guests, or members not directly involved with Ghost Posse Inc. Also any injuries resulting on property that directly involves a Ghost Posse Inc. member, you are hereby protected from any legal action.
Loss of Personal Material
In agreeing to have Ghost Posse Inc. investigate your establishment you agree that the group as a whole is not responsible for any loss of personal material or any damages to such material. If such an event occurs then Ghost Posse Inc. will investigate within, then present you with any findings so you may pursue action, directly to the person(s) involved.
Evidence
Any evidence found either on site or during review is direct property of Ghost Posse Inc. All such material is ©copyrighted under law as of 2009 and any person(s) caught stealing such material will be legally pursued. Only with direct permission from Ghost Posse Inc. can such evidence be reproduced on other media (i.e. websites, forums, blogs, ect.) pending a written agreement.
Drug Use
Any member caught using or promoting any form of illegal substance will be immediatly expelled from Ghost Posse Inc. This is a NO TOLERANCE policy! Ghost Posse Inc. is not responsible for its members off of Ghost Posse Inc. time and can not be held responsible.
